Inspired by Bluey and Bingo's beautiful bedroom window, this hand crafted real stained glass suncatcher is a joyful addition to any home. Who wouldn't delight in owning their very own piece of the Heelers' home to enjoy for years to come?
Made from hand cut beautifully textured stained glass, assembled in the 'Tiffany' tradition with copper foil and solder. This gorgeous 22cm piece casts the most wonderful colours and shapes when it catches the light. Glass has been specifically chosen by the artist to showcase textures, bubbles and roll-marks in the glass, which 'tell a story' of the making process of each pane, and add authenticity and beauty to the finished piece. Hang near a sunny window for maximum effect.
Choose at checkout if you'd prefer your window to be made with beautiful 'sky' blue, 'lavender' purple or 'raspberry' pink glass.
The piece is finished with lead 'hobby came' surround and given a patina treatment to turn the solder black, which really makes the colours 'pop'. A strong chain is fitted for easy, secure hanging.
A gorgeous gift for any Bluey fan young or old! Of course, should you wish to gift this to a child, please make sure their grown-ups are aware so they can supervise the opening process, wash hands afterwards, and hang the finished piece where it can be marvelled at whilst safely out of reach!
